Ravikiran's Jyotirlinga Geeta Mala is a set composing of 12 songs (10 Krtis, one devotional style Keertana and one Tillana) is one of the few such sets in Indian Music, eulogising each one of the 12 luminous shrines of Shiva. It was composed at the behest of Mrdangam maestro Shri Umayalpuram Sivaraman from June 2024 (except the one on Shri Vishweshwara of Varanasi, which had been composed earlier). The compositions have been composed in Sanskrit, Telugu and Tamil and often highlight the mythological, historical and geographical significance of these shrines. Ravikiran has over 1150 compositions to his credit which also include 108 Divya Desha Gaanaamrtam, 72 Mela Raga Mala Krtis, 35-Tala Set and 10 Dashavatara Ratna Mala Krtis, besides operatic dance creations such as Ramayana and Mahabharata.
